On Tuesday 19 August I’m launching not one but two new radio shows on JUICE 107.2 (in Sussex) and online sister station Totally Radio (worldwide)…

A weekly two-hour show called Chris T-T’s Midnight Campfire on JUICE107.2 (in Sussex) and streamed on TotallyRadio.com. This will go out Tues midnight – Wed 2am.

This is a folk/acoustic show covering trad, psych, songwriting, punk-folk, world roots, blues, protest and basically any music made using wooden hollow boxes. I’ll be presenting and self-producing at the JUICE studios each week.

Secondly, a monthly home-made one hour show called The Rumtopf streamed on http://TotallyRadio.com.

This is a very eclectic patchwork of beautiful music, odd noises, found sound and me dicking about, all put together like a jigsaw or a game of Tetris. It’s an experiment aiming to sit somewhere between standard music radio and full-on podcasting.

Both shows are produced by Lo Fi Arts and The Rumtopf in particular is looking for a sponsor; someone with decent ethics, who’ll benefit from being linked to an adventurous, off-kilter attempt at modern home-made radio. If that’s your business, please get in touch.
