Chris T-T’s Midnight Campfire episode #54 – Jon Boden

Here’s the tracklisting for Chris T-T’s Midnight Campfire episode #54 first broadcast on Wed 2 Sep, 2015. The second hour is my interview with folk singer, theatre composer, songwriter and Bellowhead bandleader Jon Boden (who also supplies this week’s Campfire Songbook entry). I love this conversation – it’s wide ranging and in-depth. Jon is a great thinker on music as well as a peerless performer. Weirdly, for the radio I had to mix it ‘live’ because I outputted the files in the wrong format, so I ran it all directly off the laptop. But that’s cool, it sounds fine I think. The music in the first hour kicks arse. Anyway, listen to the show HERE and this week I’ll also publish an extended ‘full cut’ of the interview on my podcast. Here’s the tracklisting:

Scott Wood Band – Craro (Upsurge, Oak Ridge Records)
Lucy Ward – Creatures & Demons (I Dreamt I Was A Bird, Betty Beetroot Records)
